Draft OCP Survey
Official Community Plan (“OCP”)
An OCP represents a community’s vision for the future. It provides objectives and comprehensive policies to guide decisions about community development and land use – including housing, environmental protection, transportation, community well-being, and economic development.
The existing OCP (2004) needs to be updated to reflect changing community needs and to come into alignment with other Capital Regional District (CRD) documents.
Thank you to everyone who shared feedback earlier this year - Your input has and will continue to help shape the Plan!
