OCP Early Directions Survey
The purpose of the Early Directions is to check in with the community on what we’ve heard, gauge levels of support for different ideas, and help us “course correct” on any given direction before developing the draft OCP.
Official Community Plan (“OCP”)
An OCP represents a community’s vision for the future. It provides objectives and comprehensive policies to guide decisions about community development and land use – including housing, environmental protection, transportation, community well-being, and economic development.
The existing OCP (2004) needs to be updated to reflect changing community needs and to come into alignment with other Capital Regional District (CRD) documents.
Thank you for participating - your input will help shape the Plan!
